Expectations

“Refuse to allow yourself to have low expectations about what you’re capable of creating.” ~Wayne Dyer

Expectations Haiku

Today’s Haiku:

journey begins
a thought develops into
her wildest dreams

~

I have SO many wild dreams…I’d love to write true crime novels and research the inner thoughts of a serial killer. Or how about getting to paid to travel to exotic locales and ride a zip line or go snorkeling and then get paid to write about the experience. How about going back to school for an MFA in Creative Writing for FREE!!

Dream big friends!

What are some of your wildest dreams?

  1. I would love to be able to write poetry, be silly and dance for people for a living. They all revolve around making people happy or inspiring people. Imagine if it was your job to just be happy and do whatever you feel makes you and others happy. I’m sure some people have jobs like that and they must love it.

  2. Also, I’d like to add that I do all of those above mentioned things, like dancing, being silly and making people happy. I don’t need to be paid to do them. I’m already doing them and it’s making me happy. Where does money become involved in this equation?

    • Thanks for reading and commenting. I agree, when does money come in. We have to eat, right? I love your wild dreams! I never looked at it that way…making people happy. You are a lovely person! 🙂

  3. Thankyou, you are a lovely person too. Oh yeah! I forgot we have to eat sometimes. Oh well, money is necessary to feed ourselves and do other important things SOMETIMES (Like helping someone in need) but it definitely can’t make you happy. True happiness is born from within.

  4. Low expectations will bring low results. I like to think if we reach for the starts we’ll at least get to the moon 🙂 Thank you for following me and congrats on the blogiversary! xx
